Welcome to Division 5 of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, Seventh District. The Division is made up of 8 Flotillas which serve the Treasure and Gold Coasts of southern Florida. Our Area of Responsibility extends from Delray-Boynton Beach, in the south, to Vero Beach in the north. We also have a Flotilla at Lake Okeechobee.

Division 5 has close to 400 members who donate thousands of hours in support of Coast Guard missions. We, in Division 5, work directly with the men and women of Coast Guard Station Lake Worth Inlet and Coast Guard Station Fort Pierce. Both stations are covered by our auxiliarists who perform multiple duties including public relations, maintenance, administration and radio watchstanding.

Auxiliarists donate thousands of hours doing Vessel Safety Checks, Public Education classes, Search and Rescue, Marine Safety and Environmental Protection and Marine Domain Awareness operations. The Division has very active Surface and Air programs. We conduct ongoing patrols both by plane and boat. We have several inlets to cover, with Palm Beach being the most trafficked.

Respectfully,
Janee Henderson
Division 5 Captain
